We focus on lean proteins and remove fats during the cooking process in preparing our Healthy Balance meals. All sauces are made with low-fat ingredients and modified to ensure you can enjoy wholesome flavours without guilt. Carbs are all low in GI to remove the risk of sugar spikes in your diet.
MACROS / CALORIES
Every Healthy Balance meal is designed to provide approx. 450 - 500 calories. Each meal consists of high protein levels (approx 200g raw chicken breast equivalent), high fibrous vegetables and low GI carbs.
CONVENIENCE
All meals are packaged using state of the art thermo seal technology and biodegradable food trays. They are designed to keep for 2 days if left unopened and stored in fridge. When ready to eat, simply place in microwave and reheat for 2-3 mins to enjoy.

If you order 3 dishes a day, we recommend to spread your meals throughout the day to keep your energy levels steady and your metabolism firing. On the otherhand if you order 1 meal a day, you may consider consuming the meal within 1-2 hours of your workout to support muscle recovery and growth.
